This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was perfect, position of the hotel, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, room equipment, excellent facilities (gym, fitness classes, amazing pool, spa area). Breakfast one of the best I’ve been to. Hotel staff were also exceptional and a special mention to Christina and Nikol, all extremely attentive and perfect at what they do. Loved the relaxed atmosphere and the comfort. Loved everything about this hotel and I will, without a doubt, be returning.

Spotless Hotel. The staff are lovely and always have a smile and say hello. Natalia and joel- amazing with the guests. We were half board, and the quality of food was excellent. Always a lovely choice for breakfast and dinner. I can't fault the food or drinks. The welcome, checkin, location, room, amenities , facilities, staff, food, pool, entertainment. All excellent. I wanted a five star hotel for a peaceful holiday. Lava beach delivered. Bravo to you guys. I will see you next year.

Thank you for all your efforts and for making our stay so nice. The receptionist helped us booking a trip to the volcano and cave which we would recommend! ( apart from the optional meal which we did not have as the quality seemed poor). Thank you all!

The hotel has so many extra free classes such as pilates, yoga, water aerobics and much more. The spa was also gorgeous. The Interior design is very modern and immaculate. Everything is always perfectly clean. The pool is large, and the gardens absolutely manicured to perfection.
